Applied Nutrition Amino Fuel

Amino products vary enormously in how much they actually contain. Plenty deliver 5g and call it a serving. Amino Fuel is built at the other end of that range.

Each serving carries 11g of total aminos: 9g of essential amino acids, of which 6g arrives as BCAAs in the 2:1:1 ratio - 3000mg leucine to 1500mg each of isoleucine and valine - plus 2500mg of L-glutamine on top. The remaining EAAs, including lysine, threonine, histidine, phenylalanine, methionine and tryptophan, fill out the full set so nothing is limiting. The leucine is instantised for mixability.

The 390G tub holds 30 servings.

It comes in Candy Ice Blast, a sweet-shop flavour that holds up across a long session instead of turning sickly halfway through.
