The name suggests a pure pump product, but Mammoth Pump is a full pre-workout - the pump ingredients are simply what it leads with, rather than the caffeine most formulas are built around.

Each serving carries 3000mg of citrulline malate for blood flow and 1500mg of beta-alanine for muscular endurance, backed by 750mg of creatine HCl and 500mg of agmatine sulfate. The energy side is deliberately moderate: 200mg of caffeine with 500mg of tyrosine and 1000mg of taurine for focus.
