Tribulus terrestris has been used in traditional preparations for centuries, but herbal supplements vary enormously in strength depending on how the plant was extracted. The number on the label is what tells you which one you are holding.

Nutrend use a fruit extract standardised to 90% saponins - the compound group the plant is taken for, and a far higher concentration than the whole-herb powders that make up much of the category.
