Read enough protein labels and you notice how much of the tub is not protein. Rule 1 built R1 Protein Whey Isolate around the opposite idea: put in the protein, leave out everything that dilutes it.
The formula uses whey isolate and partially hydrolysed whey isolate and nothing else - no concentrates, no creamers, no gums, no added sugars, and no amino spiking to flatter the label. Each scoop delivers 25g of protein with 6g of naturally occurring BCAAs and around 12g of total EAAs. The hydrolysed portion is already partly broken down, so it moves fast when you need it to.
