The problem Xtend was built for is the long session - the point where you are an hour in, sweating hard, and plain water is not keeping up. It is designed to be sipped while you train rather than taken before or after.
Each serving carries 7g of BCAAs in the 2:1:1 leucine, isoleucine and valine ratio, plus 2.5g of L-glutamine and citrulline malate for blood flow. Around them sits a blend of electrolytes to replace what you lose sweating, which is what turns it from an amino drink into a hydration one. Scivation keeps the whole thing sugar free and effectively zero-calorie, so it does not interfere with a cut.
A tub holds 30 servings, mixed one scoop to roughly 8oz of water.
